Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Items must be returned within 21 days of your purchase date to receive a full refund.  Unfortunately after those 21 days, we can't offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days based on your bank.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please check with your bank as it may still be processing.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable or exchangeable.

Trades
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail at elmickwear@gmail.com.


Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift. and they'll know you've returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.


If you are returning an item valued over $50, we recommend you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
